Welcome to the Kurtz Family! I am from south Georgia but married a NOLA boy. He swept me off my feet and moved me to the great state of Louisiana. Together we've created a precious family of two sweet boys.... only 14.5 months apart. We are busy! Brooks is silly, giggly and so much fun! Parker is sweet, cuddly, and so loving. You wouldn't know it by looking at him, but Parker has a rare disease called Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome. We are learning to deal with CVS as a family and keep Parker as healthy as possible!

Ten Months Old and a BROTHER On The Way!!!

Our baby is getting so big! How can he be 10 months old??!! That is WAY too close to a year old! Brooks is definitely becoming a little toddler. He is cruising all around our house and even moving furniture! He can slide his pack n play from one side of the room to the other... and I caught him TWICE today moving the ottoman to crawl into the kitchen. It is amazing how much strength is packed into that body of his! He is also sooooo vocal and LOUD! He is talking and making baby noises all day long... especially during church!

We also found out today that Brooks is getting a baby BROTHER!!! Chad had me (almost!) convinced we were expecting a girl. We both just laughed when the ultrasound tech said "boy." We both know about sweet, cuddly, giggly baby boys! Baby boy has just started kicking his Mommy. Just last night (in the middle of the night of course!), I was rocking Brooks, and baby boy was kicking us both. We are so blessed with these precious babies!

    Hey, Rebecca! I blog too! Mainly for my family. I started it this year and hate I didn't start one sooner. My nieces (who are grown and having children of their own) have blogs and they got me hooked... Do you read Kelly's Korner blog? I am addicted to it:)!
